T O P I C R E V I E WNxNWYou know how some people just come off the wrong way, even though they don't mean to? Like, no matter what they say, it gets received poorly even though their intentions were good? Meanwhile, it may seem like some people can do no wrong? I feel like the Ascendent and the MC and 10th-House might play a role in this. I'm thinking of politicians and public figures especially....For example, someone I know has a Cap Asc conjunct Dejanira. I remember reading that Dejanira in the 1-H makes you appear like a victim or vulnerable to attack? Like, they can't appear to be strong/authoritative without it seeming too forced, like they're desperately trying to compensate for appearing weak. No matter what he says, people seem to take it the wrong way. He has always been viewed as the "evil boss" and has been viciously criticised even when he has tried to be friendly (he also gets criticised for trying to be "friendly" and having that seem super "fake")...the rest of his chart is heavily Sagittarian and he's actually a decent guy but just rubs people the wrong way, it seems. What aspects/signs/placements have you noticed that also gives this effect?UnaspectedMoonMy entire chart, apparently. No one likes me except for the rare types of people who are drawn to outcasts. I have a lot of squares in my chart. I think it may be chiron conjunct my Asc in cancer. People tend to think I’m dumb even though on written tests I tend to outdo people. I’m not very talkative and when I do talk people find me irritating. It’s annoying because I know what the outcome will be when people tell me I need to speak up more. They will just tell me to shut up. Probably because I’m a perfectionist and always correct people! Haha! I have mercury squaring four planets(Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Saturn) which also makes it difficult for me to have conversations with people even though I’m very thoughtful and analytical. I actually managed to stay out of the way as a kid and didn’t get bullied often. Just got weird glances and glares from academically competitive students. But now as an adult I’m facing a more upfront type of negativity. People have been hostile just after looking at me. I think it must be something in the transits. I’m paying more attention to generational planets transiting through the chart because those can be just as influential as natal aspects. I think the transiting position of Pluto may really affect how people see someone. MilaBirkinMars in 10th house. Maybe ruler of 1rst in 10th as well. I've noticed that people who have Sun conjunct Saturn tend to look like a very funny comedian or clown, Jim Carrey-style (or at least that's how the world perceives these people), or like someone who is very serious, scary, and mean. Maybe the last one always looks like the bad guy, even if they do good things.I think Mars, Saturn and Pluto has to do with this. Aquarius and Pisces are always misunderstood. I've also noticed that people who has Ascendant in Libra or Cancer tend to look 'innocent' and kind even if they are the opposite of innocent and kind.diamondbabyScorpio AscendantLaceyLeighMars or Saturn square or conjunct the MC, Mars squaring Mercury, for people who give bad impression.People who can do no wrong, Venus trine, sextile, conjunct the ascendant/MC, Jupiter conjunct, trine, sextile the ascendant MC. colorful butterflyPluto in the first house. Aquarius/Aries, she could be aggressive, but in the same time always complaining, put herself as a victim. People project onto PlutoniansMoonMystic I don't know if it was said already,Saturn on MC or ASC probably. I think the more rigid the person is in personality and/or the power they carry, it can make them less likeable. An Earth MC or Asc with Saturn there might be a critical, less sensitive type. The whole chart matters but that is one thing that could play in that role.Possibly Pluto in one of those two zones as well?
